Are these testimonials real?
Yes. We only publish a testimonial after the client's case has concluded and they have explicitly agreed to have their experience shared publicly. We do not write or edit the substance of what a client says.
Why do some testimonials use initials or a role instead of a full name?
Some clients prefer not to be identified by full name. Where that is the case we describe them by role and context instead, such as profession and target authority, with their agreement.
Do the star ratings mean these are verified third-party reviews?
No. These are testimonials published on our own website, not reviews collected through an independent third-party platform. Any rating shown is a simple indicator the client gave us, not a verified or aggregated score.
Can I ask a past client for a reference directly?
We do not share client contact details. If a direct reference would help your decision, tell us and we can ask a relevant past client whether they are willing to be contacted.
