- Where will you actually practise?Write the facility’s full name, location and regulator. If a recruiter gives only an emirate, ask for the facility details before treating the route as confirmed.
- What exact role is being offered?Keep the job-advertisement title beside the intended authority title. Flag differences in specialty, seniority or scope instead of silently treating the two as identical.
- What have you already completed?List verification, assessment, registration and licence records separately, with their issuer, status and dates. Include unsuccessful attempts and pending requests.
- What is the next required decision?Identify whether the open question concerns qualification eligibility, evidence, assessment, an existing licence or the facility’s action. Ask that specific question before buying the next service.

DOH: Abu Dhabi
Confirm the intended Abu Dhabi facility, title and current application instructions. Do not map a DHA service name directly onto a DOH process.
MOHAP: regulated facilities
Confirm that the intended facility uses the MOHAP pathway. An emirate name alone is not enough to resolve every facility or transfer case.
SHA, CDA and DHCC
These names do not describe equivalent alternatives. SHA is a health authority; CDA has a social care remit; DHCC is Dubai Healthcare City, whose professional licensing is managed by DHA.

Will changing authorities reset my exam attempts?
Do not assume it will. Declare your complete attempt history and check the receiving authority rules before booking another assessment. A new account or test provider does not erase previous attempts.
