Make the error log useful
“Wrong answer: B” tells you little next week. A better note records: topic → assumption made → detail missed → reference checked → next review. If you selected a correct answer by guessing, log that uncertainty too.
Illustrative situation: after a tiring shift, you complete a familiar question set and recognise many answers. Before treating the score as improvement, explain the reasoning without the choices and try different questions later. Adjust the next session if fatigue makes that review unproductive.
