Who this is for

Healthcare facilities planning their next hire.

This route is for clinics, hospitals, medical centres, pharmacies, home healthcare providers and other healthcare facilities that want to share a role for controlled review.

Hiring support

Healthcare hiring support that stays within your control.

Role requirement review

Structure the role details around profession, licence context, location, experience and employment type before a public listing is considered.

Healthcare job posting review

Submit a role for review. A listing is never published automatically and may require clarification from the named facility contact.

Licensing pathway direction

Direct prospective staff to eligibility, document and exam-preparation guidance where it may help them understand a UAE licensing pathway.

Job posting

Share a healthcare role for review.

Public postings remain subject to review, and the hiring facility retains responsibility for the role, interview process and final hiring decision.

Support your team’s licensing pathway.

Share PQR-based eligibility, documentation and exam-preparation resources with professionals who need to understand a possible authority and profession pathway before applying.

Before you hire

Verify a Candidate's UAE Healthcare Licence Status

Each authority maintains its own register, and a licence issued by one does not automatically apply in another emirate — checking the right register before an offer avoids relying on a licence that does not cover your facility.

  • Dubai (DHA): search the professional's name, licence number or specialisation on the DHA Sheryan portal.
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Dhafra (DOH): verify through the DOH eServices portal.
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain (MOHAP): verify through the MOHAP licensing portal.

Checked 22 August 2026. Authorities can change fees and requirements without notice — confirm current figures before you pay.

This is a starting point for your own due diligence, not a substitute for checking the current register yourself — UAEHealthPro does not perform license verification on a facility's behalf as part of the job-posting service.
