MOHAP separates evaluation from licensing, and the assessment sits between them. Applicants who budget for one stage and not the other are the ones who run out of time and money.
Two stages, not one
MOHAP runs a Healthcare Professional Evaluation before licensing, and the licensing or re-licensing service is separate from it. Both appear on MOHAP's own service pages with their own requirements. The evaluation result is what determines the title and category you can be licensed against.
The three-attempt limit applies here too
DHA states its assessment allowance of three attempts runs "across the Authorities". That framing matters when planning a MOHAP application after attempts elsewhere — the attempts are not treated as belonging to a single authority. Confirm your standing before booking.
Verification runs alongside, not before
Primary Source Verification through DataFlow is a prerequisite across UAE authorities, and DHA states plainly that verification and assessment can proceed in parallel. The same sequencing logic saves time on a MOHAP application: start verification early rather than treating it as a later step.
What we do not claim
MOHAP does not publish a single exam fee, duration or passing score that applies to every profession. Where a figure is not published by MOHAP, this site does not invent one. The fee and timing tables on our MOHAP page carry only what MOHAP itself states, each with the page it came from.
