Yes. Each case study reflects a real engagement we worked on, not a hypothetical or composite scenario.
How is client privacy protected?
Identifying details — name, employer, exact dates and other specifics — are removed or generalised unless the client has asked to be named. What is preserved is the substance of the situation and how it was resolved.
Will my case become a case study?
Only if you agree to it after your case concludes, and only with identifying details handled the way you are comfortable with. We never publish a case study without that agreement.
Does a past case study predict my outcome?
No. Licensing decisions depend on your own profile and are made independently by the relevant authority. A case study explains how one specific situation played out, not what will happen in another.
